Position Title: Personal Assistant & Executive Secretary to the CEO

Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the executive’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our day-to-day operations. You will serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
- Assist in project management and track deadlines for various tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal staff & appointments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
