Position Title: Personal Assistant & Executive Secretary to the CEO

Reports to: CEO

Location: Cairo

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the executive’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our day-to-day operations. You will serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in project management and track deadlines for various tasks and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal staff & appointments.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
