Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ financial situations, needs, and goals.
- Regularly meet with clients to review their investment portfolios and financial plans.
- Investment Advisory:
- Provide personalized investment advice based on clients’ risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to offer informed recommendations.
- Monitor and adjust clients’ portfolios as needed to align with their financial goals.
- Financial Planning:
- Assist clients in creating comprehensive financial plans that include retirement, estate, and tax planning.
- Collaborate with other specialists (e.g., tax advisors, estate planners) to ensure a holistic approach to clients’ financial needs.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assess and manage risks associated with clients’ investments and financial decisions.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.
- Network and establish connections within the community to enhance the client base.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree in finance, Investment, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management or financial advisory roles.
- Proven track record of managing HNWIs and achieving financial targets.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as Chartered Institute For Securities and Investment (CISI), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) are highly regarded.
