Hend is the Chairperson & Managing Director at
Panther Invest & Advisory, and the CEO of Panther Family Office. She currently sits on the board of Egyptian Gulf Bank, one of the
fastest growing banks in Egypt. Also, she is a member of the Advisory Board of Al Sharif Hotels & Tourism, a subsidiary of Al Sharif Group Holding, a leading Saudi Arabian business conglomerate. Hend is a board member at Nile Anchor Company, a leading premier company in the Nile Hospitality in Egypt. 

Previously, Hend served as a board member at B.Tech for
Consumer Finance and DRE International Holding.

Hend is a seasoned financial advisor with extensive expertise in treasury, wealth management and financial planning. Her current role is preserving and increasing the family’s wealth following the agreed upon investment strategy, at the same time ensuring estate and wealth planning via proper trust structures Foundations and private trust companies, through her access to a wide network of trustees and trust companies in Switzerland, London, and Guernsey.

 All the teams work under her supervision from estate planning to investment management and accounting ensuring a diversified asset allocation across several investment spectrums -including fixed income, int’l equities, and private equity-, geographically diversified, while adhering to the financial goal and risk tolerance of the family. Along with the family, she decides about prospective deals and investments. Her area of expertise encompasses a strong network of Swiss, UK and US banks, in addition to asset management and boutique investment firm headquartered in London with offices in Paris, Geneva, New York and Luxemburg.

She has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector handling high net-worth clients in the MENA region. Her area of expertise allowed her to capitalize on her network of GCC and Egyptian clients to expand their investment span across the region. She was the Head of the Treasury Sales at the Arab African International Bank (AAIB) where, she developed a solid clientele base with significant portfolio size, she also held operational management positions including Head of Retail Branches at AAIB.

 Her academic experience includes successfully completing the Private Equity Diploma from the AUC, and the Private Equity Masterclass at London Business School, she is certified in Wealth Management and International Investments from CISI in London. Hend graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Management, from Ain Shams University.
